We are specialising where we are needed. We have a new team of experts who come from all ranks, backgrounds and life experiences: all of whom know how understanding the brain empowers Emergency Response and high-risk occupations (including new fields such as construction and journalism). A growing portfolio with clients ranging from the sizeable RNLI and whole police forces to discrete units and small charities in the UK and abroad puts TITEN at the forefront of trauma resilience.
Our team works dynamically and selectively to tailor each project to clients’ unique needs.
We offer neuroscience-informed trauma exposure training which is unrivalled, evidence-based,
safe and effective; a voluntary peer support network for those working in trauma support;
specialist training for leadership, investigations and pre-retirement; and expertise in the impact
on trauma resilience from neurodiversity and bereavement, including that from suicide. There
are practical tools for trauma management, in-session canine support and live techniques we
can share to ensure each individual involved has what they need to cultivate healthier, happier
resilience. All we need from you is an open mind, resolve and trust in what we do.
How we work
We are keeping our network relatively small. You can talk to us anytime about your needs and
will advertise periods where you can book in for project development (with a small deposit to
ensure we can prioritise your needs most effectively in our calendar). More information will be
available on LinkedIn and there will be Pdfs to share with others who use different media
platforms, with expansion to other socials over time.
Initially, please feel free to email Dr Jess at jkm35@cam.ac.uk. If you have my mobile, you are
welcome to message too. We very much look forward to welcoming you to our adventure.
